1. DEEP Home cleaning. This includes:

All rooms of your home. 

Ceilings, curtain poles dusted down and cleaned/polished.

Dust and wipe down of light bulbs and fittings. Chandeliers at an extra charge as take longer to clean. 

Dusting and cleaning of blinds.

Dusting of pictures/ frames.

Behind radiators cleaned where possible. 

Skirting boards and doors and handles dusted and wiped down. 

Interior windows cleaned.

Dusting/polishing/ sanitation of all surfaces/seating/ornaments with appropriate product. If there is anything you wish not to be touched ( personal items/ornaments ) within rooms please ensure to tell me so i cant honour your wish. 

Dusting and wipe down of any banisters/railings on stairs. 

Kitchen: All of above plus full sanitation of surfaces/food prep and eating areas. 

Kitchen cupboards cleaned/sanitised inside and doors wiped down. 

Oven cleaned also using Oven Pride if requested.

Microwave cleaned.

Fridge cleaned inside and out and sanitised.

Bathrooms/En-suites: All of above plus full sanitation of surfaces, cleaning of tiles, bath, shower, toilets and sinks. I will also tackle any limescale if any as best as possible.

Full hoover of all carpets/ flooring. Mopping of any floors ( tiles/lino) 

Air freshener at end of clean if you wish. Please tell me what scents you like. 

 Price per hour is £26. All i ask is that upon beginning the rooms are free of clutter and dishes are done. This ensures the task can be carried out in the correct time. 

Every house is different, some bigger, some smaller, some may have specific needs so dont hesitate to let me know what your tasks that need doing are. I can put together a bespoke jobs list for you and you only and calculate how many hours the task should take. 

2. Standard clean: This includes 

All rooms in your home.

Dust/polish surfaces, ornaments, TV screens

Skirting and ceiling dusted.     

Kitchen: Wipe down and sanitise surfaces including cupboards.

Bathroom/ en suites/WC: Clean bath, shower, sinks and toilets then sanitise once cleaned.

Clean interior windows and mirrors.

Straighten up sofas, cushions and bedding.

Full hoover. 

Full mop of all appropriate surfaces.

Ait freshener if requested.

The price for a standard clean is £20 per hour. Again, this depends on the size of home and other factors like if a deep clean has been previously done, rooms, windows, furniture so i would recommend having a quote done where i can put a bespoke cleaning plan together for you for what your specific needs are and to calculate how many hours the job should take.

Ironing:

Let me do this chore for you. Medium basket from £20 and Large basket from £25 . This depends on the contents of this basket,  for example if it includes  linen clothes, delicates. and garments that may need hanging. If you wish bedding to be ironed, please contact me for pricing.  Baskets will picked up in the morning and returned in afternoon/evening.  I am willing to do multiple baskets if slots are available. If possible please supply your hangers for the clothes you intend to hang, For example shirts, dresses and trousers. Due to your busy lives that you all lead i can pick up and drop off to work around you if needed. Baskets need to be level and not overloaded. If there is any specific ways you wish garments folded/hung please let me know so i can do this for you. 

Saturday ironing charge is from £25 medium basket(40ltr) and £30 for large basket ( 60ltr). 

I am all about 100% transparency, understanding and being on the same page as my clients, what you need doing i will complete. I also understand that from week to week your home cleaning priorities may change ( dont need the bathroom done but would like your kitchen cupboards inside cleaned instead) let me know in advance.
